Banal Wins, Cave Runs and Clowns Around

All words have been spoken and trash talks have been dished out but they are simply not enough to save Tyson Cave to leave Waterfront Hotel as the winner against AJ “Bazooka” Banal, who won the battle via unanimousdecision.

The night turned out to be a circus performance for Cave as he simply trashed talk his way and run from Banal all night, making Banal miss a lot of good shot in the first couple of rounds, but later on got the clean punches. Cave Calls Out Banal: “Worry About Me”

AJ “Bazooka” Banal will have his hands full this weekend as he gets challenged by a high spirited foe Tyson Cave. Banal, current WBO Asia-Pacific bantamweight champion, is facing the Canadian fighter in what promises to be a great fight on July 30.

Cave, from the moment he stepped on Philippine soil, immediately asked where the Filipino champion is. Banal is staging to face his old foe Rafael Concepcion. Cave seems to be not a big fan of the rematch, stating that Banal should worry about him and not Concepcion.

Cave said Banal should not be thinking about the Concepcion rematch and worry about him as he is already in the Philippines, and they will face each other in a match where Cave said, “I will make Banal hate me.” Cave is coming off from a huge win, getting the vacant WBC Continental Americas super bantamweight title by beating Nestor Bollum via unanimous decision last January.
